Users are allowed to access the Website, avail Services available with Eesha Lkhwani as a guest and without creating an account on the Website or providing any Personal Information, Eesha Lkhwani takes no responsibility or validate the information provided by the guest, except as otherwise required under any law, regulation or an order of competent authority. 

Payment

We use Instamojo and PayPal for processing payments. We/PayPal/Instamojo do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Personal Information

Personal Information shall mean the information which identifies the User, name, identification number, email address, age, phone number, password or any financial account information provided to Eesha Lkhwani at the time of registration or any time thereafter.

In the event there are significant changes in the way Eesha Lkhwani treats User’s personally identifiable information, Eesha Lkhwani will display a notice on the Website or send Users an email. Eesha Lkhwani’s current privacy policy applies to all information that Eesha Lkhwani has about Users and their account.

Notwithstanding the above, Eesha Lkhwani shall not be required to notify the Users of any changes made to the privacy policy.
